We ship daily and therefore if your item is in stock it should be shipped the same day, depending on the time of order it may be the next working day.
Postage is through TNT Next day or Royal Mail 1st class and prices are as shown.
If multiple purchases are made a discount is given on postage to allow for this. This will show on your total on checkout.
We do ship worldwide and if this is required please contact us to provide you with a price for postage.
Returns Policy
You the customer order the items, if any item is ordered incorrectly by the customer a refund will be given less postage and a handling charge of 25% as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Therefore it is imperative that you are sure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle and if you are at all unsure then just call us and we will be more than happy to advise you.
We will not accept returns on any items that have been painted. Check they fit before painting!
If the wrong item is dispatched by us and is not what you ordered then obviously a full refund or exchange will be given.
On the rare occasion an item is faulty then obviously we will offer a full refund or exchange. Occasionally we are required by our suppliers to return the faulty item under warranty to them if it has been fitted before they will issue a replacement or refund, these are our suppliers terms and conditions and we will not refund or replace until they have confirmed the item is faulty.
In the event of the goods being damaged during transit, we must be notified as soon as possible. On return of the item to Autorads, we will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
Where a refund has been agreed, we will credit your card within 3 days of receiving the item back on site.

To ensure your online purchasing security, we use the services of Protx to process all online payments. Their secure site ensures that only the customer and Protx will have any details of payments.
How To Order
Our online ordering process is simple.
Chose the required items,enter the required quantity and when ready proceed to checkout. You will then be required to enter all necessary details regarding delivery, card payment etc. Your items will be itemised and the prices broken down to show VAT, postage etc. Confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. If for any reason there is a problem or we need to confirm more details we will contact you by email or telephone.
Your purchases will be despatched the next working day if the item is in stock.(We do try to send items the same day as we receive the order if at all possible, dependant on what time the order is received.) Items are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated, larger items may be sent by courier.
When you place an order with Autorads we will send you an email confirming receipt and content of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase those itmes which is accepted by us when we send the confirmation email that your order has been despatched. The acceptance will be complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation email to you. Any items on the same order which are not shown in the despatch confirmation email to you do not form part of that contract.

Multiple purchases
If more than one item is ordered the postage is discounted for additional items, this will show on the itemised order.
Pricing and availability
We will contact you by telephone or email if a problem arises with the item you have ordered, or if we require any additional information.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock and on back order with our supplier. We will ensure we source all possible suppliers if this problem arises, although very rarely this may mean a difference in price. If this is the case we will contact you and keep you up to date with any changes.
Specification
We aim to ensure that all our data is correct. However, there are rare occasions when vehicles are oddities and are fitted with parts they shouldn't be. We try to cover all possibilites but sometimes this is just one of those things.
Delivery outside the UK
We do deliver worldwide. If you require an item delivering outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a price for postage.
