Returns Policy
You the customer order the items, if any item is ordered incorrectly by the customer a refund will be given less postage and a handling charge of 25% as long as the item has not been fitted or used. Therefore it is imperative that you are sure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle and if you are at all unsure then just call us and we will be more than happy to advise you.
We will not accept returns on any items that have been painted. Check they fit before painting!
If the wrong item is dispatched by us and is not what you ordered then obviously a full refund or exchange will be given.
On the rare occasion an item is faulty then obviously we will offer a full refund or exchange. Occasionally we are required by our suppliers to return the faulty item under warranty to them if it has been fitted before they will issue a replacement or refund, these are our suppliers terms and conditions and we will not refund or replace until they have confirmed the item is faulty.
In the event of the goods being damaged during transit, we must be notified as soon as possible. On return of the item to Autorads, we will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
Where a refund has been agreed, we will credit your card within 3 days of receiving the item back on site. |
